Varghese Mattamana, former Executive National Director of Caritas India (National NGO); has held offices in Caritas India for over a decade. He holds a double post graduation in Business Administration from XLRI and Sociology. His immense experience incorporates 25 years of close association with the development sectors of different strata of the society. He has managed and coordinated the Relief Rehabilitation process of big disasters like the Tsunami in 2004 Gujarat Earthquake and others. He is a proven administrator with excellent. coordination skills, training skills along with excellent moderation, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. He has officially toured more than 50 countries and all the States of India and around 500 districts in all the States of India. His vast knowledge and empathy is what makes him stand out as an idle Human Being.

Swapna Menon, proprietor of Progresio Avenue, is a highly experienced and accomplished Corporate Communications, Image and Soft Skills consultant and Trainer hailing from an Army Background. For over a decade she has offered training programs for Army personnel, their spouses, Corporates, Professionals and Students and she has also been the Principal of Army Public School Bagrakote, Siliguri.

Seema Mathew comes with  12 years of corporate experience in Human Resource and has worked with brands like Oracle and Honeywell.  Following her passion for imparting knowledge, she is currently  a faculty with Symbiosis Management studies.
